How to Set Up Merchant App

The Top Points Merchant app is a powerful tool designed to empower businesses and enhance their interaction with clients within the Top Points ecosystem. Here is a quick istruction on how to set up the app and login.

Welcome

Welcome to the Top Points Merchant application. You can start by tapping “Join to the Club”!

Phone Number

Then choose your country and enter your merchant phone number!

Verification Code

A code will be sent to your phone number, enter the code and wait to proceed!

Color Theme

Choose your favorite color theme!

Purchase membership

If you don’t have any trial days you have to select base plan and purchase a membership.

You can click on “Add Card” or the base plan to active your subscription.

Add Card

After click on subscription plan or “Add Card” you have to enter your card details and you will be charged 10$ biweekly.

Complete Your Merchant's Profile

Returning users: If you already have a shop account, tap “Join as Existing Shop”, and read section 8A of this instruction for the next step.

New users: If you are a new user, upload your shop profile picture, name and description. Then hit “Create New Shop” to continue, and read section 8B of this instruction for the next step.

Enter Your shop code and enjoy the app!

If you are a new user, after tapping “Create New Shop” , select your shops category!

Choose your Plan

In this step, please select your plan and hit “I prefer this plan” to continue.

Complete Your Profile

As the last step, please complete your profile information by entering the merchant name, Email and merchant Location!
